Do you take commissions?

I have limited availability for commissions. If you’d like to commission some work, get in contact with me by email or on Instagram with the details and I will let you know if I have availability.

Creating ceramics is a multi-stage process, so please allow 3-8 weeks for commissions to be complete (size of project dependent).

Are your pieces safe in the dishwasher?

Yup, everything is dishwasher and microwave safe. However, I recommend washing pieces (especially delicate ones) by hand since they will last longer that way.

How long will my items take to ship?

I always aim to ship items within 3 days of receiving the order (however as a one-woman band, it sometimes may take a little longer). Items will be sent via Royal Mail. International orders may take longer to arrive.

Can I return items?

I offer returns, refunds or replacement where items are faulty or you feel they’re not as described – I’m always happy to discuss on a case-by-case basis.

How sustainable is your packaging?

I always do my best to use packaging that is recyclable, including cardboard boxes, corn starch packing chips and paper bubblewrap, but sometimes do have include plastics to protect the item. Where I do use non-recyclable packaging, it’s usually re-used from packaging that I have received myself.

You might also notice that you receive your item in a cardboard box from another brand – I feel passionately that we should try and re-use materials where we can (it also helps keep my packaging costs to customers low!).
